LANDSCAPING IN VISTA POINT

  • Vista Point is home to a variety of plants designed to keep our neighborhood aesthetically pleasing, while utilizing as many native plants as possible.

If you have a question about a specific plant, email us at board@vistapointaustin.com and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you have!

  • Lawns must be regularly weeded, mowed and edged. Shrubs and trees should be regularly pruned. Dead vegetation should be removed and replaced as soon as possible.

More detailed info can be found in the CCR’s section 6.16 “General Maintenance of Lots”.

  • Be a volunteer on our Vista Point Landscape Committee! It takes a village to make a community thrive and with three hundred forty-three homes, two pocket parks, community areas, and a great park with activity spaces for all ages, a dedicated committee in charge of landscaping is a must. The Committee is in charge of maintaining current beds/trees/plantings, decorating spaces and entrances for selected holidays, and developing practical, sustainable landscape ideas that will benefit and beautify the community.

    Contact board@vistapointaustin.com to volunteer!

Vista Point is committed to enhancing the beauty of our surroundings. Our landscaping committee is always working hard to create a signature look for our neighborhood, ensuring that our streets and common areas are both aesthetically pleasing and inviting.

Our landscaping contractor, Sunscape, maintains the trees, grasses and beds in the neighborhood.
