Vista Point HOA Assessments

Annual Assessments cover the expenses of maintaining and operating Vista Point’s common areas and amenities, and support community events and activities for the neighborhood. More information can be found to the right.

Vista Point’s Annual Assessment is currently set at $520 per year and is assessed on January 1 of each calendar year. Assessments must be paid by January 31st to avoid being delinquent.
This is a fee paid by homeowners purchasing a home in Vista Point. The Community Enhancement fee is calculated as 0.15% of the sales price of the home.
