Vista Point Board of Directors

President
Following their son and daughter-in-law, Louis and JoAnne Tanner moved to Vista Point in 2018. When the Homeowners Association (HOA) transitioned to a resident-run board in 2020, Louis was elected, marking the beginning of his deep community involvement. He retired from his 40-year high-tech career in 2022, and the adoption of three grandchildren further cemented his focus on Vista Point life. After serving as the HOA's treasurer, Louis was elected board president in 2023. He now lists the HOA as one of his core hobbies, alongside travel and photography.
