The Vista Point HOA has developed a Quick Reference Guide (QRG) to help homeowners understand the CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions). The full CC&Rs are lengthy and written in legal language that can be difficult to understand. The goal of this QRG is to make that information more accessible and user-friendly for Vista Point homeowners.

Homeowners in Vista Point who wish to lease their home are required to register that lease with the Homeowner’s Association. Click here for more info on this requirement as well as instructions to register your tenants.
